Carol Germaine
Our store has been a variety of shops in its lifetime:  first a blacksmith shop, then a car dealership and repair shop, then a hardware, plumbing, nursery and feed store. Our father Eddie Germaine bought the Feed store in 1976. He ran it for 13 years until we bought it in 1989. In the beginning we kept the feed, expanded the tack and veterinary supplies, and added guns and ammo, a passion of Quinton's. Then Carol wanted a ladies area with a Victorian theme so the room called Carlisle's was created. We eventually dropped the nursery and then later the feed as our antiques and collectibles slowly but surely began overtaking the floor space. We built a room for western memorabilia entitled "Lonesome Dove."  We have also added a room for country primitives, "Granny Hawkins" and have future plans to add a rock and bottle area.
